any 99-2013 17" or larer rim will fit
however only 05-13 rims will work properly. the 05+ axles are wider than 99-04 trucks. that means the backspacing on the 99-04 rims creates fitment problems for driving
also remember that your brake calipers require a 17" rim or larger. most 99-04 rims are 16"
