Check your sector shaft bushings as well, also the wheel in the sector shaft if there is any play in it replace it. You can buy the wheel and pin seperate from the sector shaft itself.

 

Wish I knew about this a few months ago. I replaced almost all the steering. O well at least some of you guys got a discount.

 

I swear, as soon as I finish something on my truck, MACs puts that on sale. Did the brakes -- 3 days later their brake stuff goes on sale. Just did tie rod ends yesterday -- steering on sale now.

I doubt they would have been cheaper than Rock Auto anyway; if you need tie rod ends, that is the cheapest price and they have MOOG Made in USA parts.

 

Can you do window and door seals next month? That way Mac's will put them on sale when I am ready to buy in a couple months.
