I would like to get my injectors pop tested. I needed 1 new injector because some one screwed the threads up where the line goes on but I found a deal for all 8 injectors for $100 so I got that.
I got them on ebay from Pensacola and I have read all the disputes with them but for the money I couldnt go wrong.
I replaced the leaky injector and it works fine but I would like to get the others tested before I go threw the hassel of replacing them all and some might not be good.
They are all differnt codes but they say the guts are all the same as I am sure you all know.,,,,so,any one out there I could send these to with some beer money and get them tested? No one local has the set up so. Let me know and help a brotha out
It amazes me what poeple come up with. Thats a cool tester but a little more in depth than I would like. Thanks for the link and I will pm those guys if they do not pop up and comment
Yeah, that is a lot of work for as much as you would need one. If I were to get into rebuilding them or the likes, but I'll stick to finding someone to do it for me. I think my first project when I get settled in Denver is trying to find WVO for bio-diesel!
you might check with at your local highschool auto shop or college ag mechanic shop...they might have one that you can use (we did at SFA) or they might even test them for you and use it as a learning experience for the kiddos.
