First Major Issue
Well had my first issue with the truck, under 10K miles also. Had to bring it in because the rear sliding window switch stopped working!
LOL sorry counldn't help myself. Dealer fixed it and back to beating the snot out of the it.

I'm on my first issue also, with 34000kms on my Ecoboost. Some Transmission electrical issue. I was towing a light load, it shifted to 4th then wouldn't downshift until I was stopped and in park about 5-8 minutes later. My dealer has incredible service, got it in right away for diagnostics, aparantly the diagnostic scan can tell they what the issue is, but not whether its internal or external...
I wish mine were as simple as yours...
