Hey guys, need a transmission shift lever linkage for a 4x4 AOD Cable shift driven transmission.

This is the lever that I need, (picture is of broken off lever):



But as a whole, attached to a shaft, like this:



Any help? Can't find one anywhere, tried buying one from Wittrans.com and they emailed me and said that they do not have any.
