Below X plan?

Under X-plan on the last two Fords that I purchased in the past year. My dealer said that they can easily beat X-plan pricing and don't want to do all the paper work assiciated with X-plan.

As a preferred contractor for one of my vendors, I get X-Plan PLUS a $5,000 allowance and still get all the rebates. It's going to be hard not to buy a 2013 this year. I keep looking at them and finding things I don't like just to keep from trading my 6.4.
