shifting issues after headunit install

shifting issues after headunit install
i installed a headunit into the truck tonight and on the drive home the speedo was dead, the trans shifted like **** and the OD light was flashing
what could i have messed up?
the only thing touched was took th head unit out and removed the speedo bezel to reach behind the headunit to move wires around
