My recommendation is the Sears DieHard Platinum, supposedly a store-branded Odyssey, but cheaper.

Personally I like the Interstate Megatron Plus. I hear there are a lower grade interstate that is now available but not sure how good they are? Motorcraft I hear are good also.

Wally World in mine. Made by Johnson Controls like many other brands. Only three years on them but I see no obvious decay on the plug in voltmeter. Best part is warranty replacements are available at a zillion Walmarts.

Costco's Kirkland batteries here as well. 850 CCA and a full 3 year replacement warranty. I have had mine for over 3 years and they load test as new. Not 100% sure on price, but if I remember correctly, last time I was in a Costco recently, they were about $80 each or less.

wow if anywhere near $80 on the CostCo thats amazing, looking at $200-$250 for an 880CCA on most others and the private label at Advanced Auto and O'Reilly are $132

Happy with my Interstates so far... still crank like the day I bought them (about 1 1/2 years on them)... Don't waste the money on Optimas (unless you plan on driving your truck upside down).

That's all I've ever ran, so can't comment on the life or quality of any other brands. Shop around, see what you like and take the plunge!

Must be an Alabama thing. That's what I put in mine last year. So, I only have a year of experience on mine.
