No acceleration
I just recently rebuilt my engine the only problem I'm having is I have no take off/ power I can barley get over 75-80 mph and no codes thrown any one know what this problem is

Hey bud, what motor, what did you do with the rebuild etc.
What have you checked?
Cams phased properly?
All the sensors mounted in place?
How well does it start?
Does it idle at the correct rpm?
Exhaust blocked?
You have to give something to start with.
Not just say no accelleration and expect the solution without some effort at finding a possible cause.

It's a 97 f150 5.4 all senors and the cams should be in proper positioning the only code I have is a o2 sensor and the exhuaust ha a leak in it one thing I noticed was the injectors some were missing those red caps

it starts fine but when you do first start it it idles low and when you give it gas it wants to die but when it warms up it doesnt try and die and it idles good
now the fuel pressure i cant read it because i have nothing to read it with

You have a problem right away with cold start idle.
It's not supposed to do what you discribe.
Cold start idle goes high even in warm weather, then comes down to 650 +/-50 rpm as the OX sensors take over fuel control.
How this is done is the PCM looks at the value of the CHT and the IAT to set ignition and fuel values. This is how it know what the start is to be.
This also set the IAC open to raise idle speed under control of the PCM.
No use to ask what's wrong but go and find it.
This is why I am trying to get your attention that you have to learn about how things work if your going to understand what to do to fix your truck.
So you do have problems you see. Don't pass them off as unimportant and not say anything until someone prys it out of you.
