Engine hesitation question

Gonna throw this out there as well. My 351W has this same issue. A very slight hesitation from a stop that only lasts a second or less. SIXLITRE tune up with all new plugs, wire, cap, rotor and coil. Timing set @ 12.5*. Truck has plenty of power after that. Can set the cruise anywhere I want and it will hold it just fine. Any common suspects to check? No codes at all either.
