I renewed mine on June 17, 2015. Have yet to get a PM about the goodies. It was the Premium membership.

Any thread in any forum can be made a sticky thread, and it will be at the top of that forum. That doesn't mean it will auto-duplicate and become a sticky thread in all forums, or any other forum for that matter.
If you check out the various forums that have sticky threads, you'll see they are all different.
