Darren. So what was the failing part? Pcm or wiring.

That's awesome it was fixed under warranty. I would have figured Ford would not cover it since you tuned it. Was this a 'special favor' kinda thing?

All I can say is that if you actually talk to the tech your life gets a lot easier
. This one is a really good guy, changed the way I look at my dealership for sure. Its like anywhere else, some are good and some are not so good.
Told the service manager that if I can deal with this particular service writer and tech I will start bringing my truck there again. He said no problem.
