Help with stalling problem

I posted the other day about the problem with my 04 stalling due to what I believe was a voltage problem. I have checked a few things and am still having the problem. Truck will run fine for awhile (maybe 10 min, maybe 2 days) but then will stall. first indication I have is dash gauges quit working then shortly after the truck will stall. If I let it set for 10 min or so It will start right up like normal and may run for 20 min or 2 days. Hard to tell. I have cleaned, tightened etc. all batt terminals. Batts were replaced recently (within the last month due to another problem). Alt is about 1.5 years old. Havent had it tested so it could be the problem but doesnt seem to be. If anyone has any further insight, please let me know as I am getting very discouraged.

Have you checked the grounds theres more than just the 2 off the Batterys

smaller ones that come off the frame to the CAB

I have only checked the one that comes off of the pass side battery and bolts to the fender well by the pass. battery. I also did not unhook and clean the ground wires from the batt that hook to the frame but am preparing to do so this evening when it cools down or early in the morning. I have people telling me that it may be the computer but I do not believe this (or dont want to I guess). I will start hunting down grounds I guess and clean and check them.

Yes clean them Main grounds that come off the Batterys on goes by the A/C Compressor and the Other goes by the power steering PUMP make shure to clean BOTH ENDS at Battery and where they mount to truck

and theres a few Little grounds all over going from frame to Cab ect......

OK. Update time. Scanned for DTC's and none were found. Did this with the SCT tuner since I do not have access to scan gauge. Before I started working this morning I tried to start truck and batts were dead. cleaned all ground terminals I could find, on all ends and hooked everything back up. Jumped truck off of Navigator and of course it started right up. Batt voltage before jumpers were attached was around 12V. Surely not enough to start. Truck ran untill jumpers were taken off then instantly died. Once I left them on enough to get a good batt charge I unhooked jumpers and tested alt with the little function on my battery charger. It failed. Headin to town to have it checked at auto parts store. Hopefully this will get me running again.
