Changing diff.s and tranfer fluids?

I have over 200K on my truck.
I went to the Ford dealer to get a quote on changing the fluid in my 03 F350 4x4's differentials and tranfer case. They wanted near $600.00!
Someone PLEASE tell me what to use and how to do it!!

75w-140 for the rear fluid and some friction modifier if it's a limited slip. 75w-90 for the front diff. Motorcraft transfer case fluid for the case. It's really easy.
