I went out tonight to find the part. I have some bad news.
Here it is:
That's the exact part you need. But when I emptied out my glove box and looked at the one in the Ex, it's a very different part. Only two plugs instead of five on the older style part. It's the same part number except for the first digit, which is the model year for the part.

I can't edit the original post, so I must type here and delete the pictures so the first post won't pull them.
The DVD player is officially sold and shipped, so the radio is now available on its own. Note, it does not CD player part does not fully function at the current moment, but it may be able to be fixed using Donn's repair at the top of this page.

The driver's side headlight was in the back seat when I got it, and I did debate getting rid of it since the back was broken out around where the bulb mounts, but I don't know if I still have it or not. I'll check and let you know- I just went and looked in a bunch of parts I brought home and didn't see it there.
