I know what you mean though, I think it's a fairly common problem. My grandpa's Mountaineer's visor bracket cracked as well, I need to find him a new one.
FYI- I did find out that apparently 2000 (and maybe 2001) visors are somehow different than the 2002+ ones- in terms of mounting. So you will have to have a 2000 vintage visor.
If the bracket you need is the right one (closest to the rear view mirror), you could just get away with that part only from a junkyard as it just slides out from the bar for the flip down. The outer one (toward the door) that has the swivel bar can be removed from the visor, but it would be hard to do in a junkyard and IMO, much more worth your time to just get the whole visor.
I did sell the Ex visors complete (even though the driver's bracket on it was broken too), but I installed a Homelink unit in the other Ex I had using a junkyard visor from a Navigator, so I disassembled the entire visor to install that.
Due to the windshield and other windows breaking, both the dark tan dash bezel and lighter tan other parts have some scratches/scuffs on the top from the glass. Usable, yes, but not perfect.

If flamenco-t doesn't want the dash parts, I think I can do the vent for you. Just have to figure out how to remove it. Is this from the dash bezel piece (the three vents alike) or the single vent on the far passenger side?

I have the two rear lights, but not the second row ones. I would like to keep them together as the whole light assembly. Make me an offer on them!
