Part 2 of parting out a 2002 Excursion. I need to start cleaning up the garage for the winter so there's room to put everything away easily. I bought the truck to convert my V10 Excursion to a 7.3.

The truck was a 2002 Excursion Limited 4x4 with a 7.3 Powerstroke. Mileage when disassembled was 150,071.7. The colors were Mineral Gray on the outside and Medium Parchment leather inside.

I WANT TO SELL THIS RADIO WITH THE DVD PLAYER AS A PACKAGE. CD DECK IS MALFUNCTIONING, BUT ISN'T REQUIRED TO USE DVD PLAYER.

Sorry, that's one I forgot to list. I have both, but they are both broken to some degree. 3/4 of the glass is good, as are probably the motors, but a few of the plastic parts are broken on both.

 

interested in the DVD player (and possibly the radio if mine wouldnt work with the DVD player)....trying to get to 25 posts so i can pm ya haha.

I do have the DVD player and radio both, and I would prefer to sell them together since as you say, the system may require a special version to work. I have the roof bracketry too, which is the big black plastic frame thing. It's for the overhead console as well as the DVD player.

I only have one headlight and turn signal assembly. The left side one was damaged in the accident, but the right assembly is complete with no issues.

I'm sure I have the door actuators, but I'm not quite sure what they look like. Before I scrapped the doors, I pulled everything from them.

is this a better option then selling a vehicle to part it out, im contemplating on selling my truck but may just part it out if its worth it

 

I'm parting out a different truck than the one I have for sale in the classifieds. I bought this one for the 7.3 Powerstroke, which I'm keeping. Just selling all the rest of the spare parts that weren't damaged when the previous owner wrecked it. This part out has been going on a little while, but I just got busy and didn't have time to keep up with the old thread, so I closed it and came back with a new one. I'm needing a commuter car now and need to get rid of a truck to do so, hence why the other Excursion (my former semi-daily driver) is for sale. I just don't want to trade it in on a car, partly because I'd like to know who buys it because it isn't just any other Excursion.
