hrmm ..the books shows your 84 f150 4x4 with front coil springs and the only other shot of the spindle is the same as my truck. it also looks like there is an adjustment shim in the lower ball joint. Id install the springs and then take it down and have a professional align it. I'd ask a shop that does lifts for a recomendation for the alignment because he will have to replace the shim if your springs lift the truck within the 2" limit. Have fun..
looks like your talking about spindle pins right? I see that your 84 has them. The book says that the camber is pre-set so if youv'e lifted the truck it would stand to reason that the camber is wacked out. You need new spindles to correct that no matter how far you've lifted the front end. The 82 still has a camber adapter. My book stops at 86 so I can't say how your 87 is configured..
the king pins and bushings are new. I need to lower the inside end of the i beam so the camber will go back to normal. does any one know where i can get theses.
