What's it worth?
I have a 302 out of an '86 F-150 (approx. 89K miles) and a C-6 trans from an '82 Lincoln (approx. 36k miles)... Wanna know what they might be worth... Here are a couple of pics...
This engine has been out of the truck for a few years but always stored inside. It had some dust on it so I hit it with a pressure washer, turned it upside-down (to get any water out of the valve train and the cylinders) then a can of WD-40. It turns freely. The second picture is of the casting numbers...
The trans came from an Lincoln Cont. that was DRIVEN to the wrecking yard with absolutely NOTHING wrong with it. I'd probably have it rebuilt because it has sat so long...
