plug change on 08 v10
Also I was reading that the only one piece plugs are brisk and champion plugs?
So no Motorcraft plugs in 3Vs?
Another thing I read was about using Marvel Mystery Oil in the gas tank to help loosen the carbon?

Yeah I say that video by srmastertech I believe. Aluminum softens, gets even more "sticky" and is easier to gall the hotter it gets. The heads are a high silicon aluminum casting so it is not as bad but you still risk galling and damage. His reasoning for doing it hot is is probably that the head recess is expanded some. The possible thousanths of an inch or two of expansion is not worth the chance of galling and/or damage IMO. The impact gives it a few smacks to knock it loose however you have no feel and can do damage before you know it. The first video you posted has a much better procedure IMO. He may be a master tech and not have had any problems but they are not his vehicles. He probably never does a change on them again since the customer probably traded the vehicle off for someone else to deal with. Not knocking him I'm just skeptical of his method over the long haul.
The Marvels Mystery oil cleans out carbon and lubricates the top end. Just double check that it is O2 and catalyst safe. (I'm almost sure it is) Follow the directions on the bottle. I have used MMO in every tank in my 74' for years already to help lubricate the upper cylinder areas and as a fuel stabilizer.
