Clutch Force
Does it take more force to release a clutch that is spinning fast vs. slow. I cant seem to shift, get it into gear, when I wind the engine up. Regular driving is fine and it shifts perfect.

Most clutches are counterweighted to increase clamping pressure as rpms increase, but some of the issue depends on what you have for a transmission. Truck transmissions aren't meant to be shifted quickly, and will often grind if shifted at too high of an rpm. I have had this with NP435s, T18s, and even a ZF five speed.
