Winch plate

I saw a guy last night that has a winch plate that moves the bumper forward 3-4" and the winch mounts behind the bumper. Does anyone know who makes the mount? The guy bought the truck with it on it. It has a nice plate that goes between the bumper and body to hide the 3-4" gap.

Since I am adding Bushwacker flares this would be perfect so that I don't have to cut 3-4" off the bumpers ends.

If you know the manufacturer post a link please.

Thanks
Doug

Not sure on that one. If you've got your measuring tape and a decent welding shop, take some pics and see if you can have one fabb'd for ya.

Probably about the same price and likely better made.

Its called a hidden winch system. IMO they look funny. I'd rather show off my winch.

You missed the reason behind getting the system. Its not to hide the winch at all. Its so I don't have to cut the Bumper when I mount my Bushwacker cut out flares.

I wasn't aware you had to cut the bumper to install the cutout flares

That makes alot more sense to use the hidden winch then.

ya you cut almost 4 inches off the entire fender and carry the front down the bumper. If you look at any Ex with Bushwaskers they were all cut. I think it would be cool not to cut it and just use the kit but for $450 I am probably going to cut them
