I pulled every interior fuse that there is in the fuse block. I still have a avg 2 amp draw on the battery. I seem to have a intermitent turn signal issue. Basically the interior turn signal indictators don't light up 80% of the time I use them. I have had a few passenger tail lights go out recently. Is it possible the turn signal switch is the issue?
For electric draw, disconect your alternator and see if you still have the drain.
As for your lights, a good place to start is check all the grounds and then check the condition of the bulb sockets. If your turn signals are working I kinda doubt it's the switch.
Also Check to see if the actuall Flasher is good for the signals and hazards.
Also if lights have gone out actually check the bulb to see if it's burned out. If it isn't I would start backtracking the circuit that that light was on, it's possible that there is a short there.
When the turn signal indicators don't work, do the exterior lights blink at least?
2 amps is a huge draw. As Mike said, try removing the alternator. NOTE: do NOT unhook the alternator output stud without the negative battery cable DISCONNECTED. In other words, disconnect the negative battery cable FIRST, disconnect the alternator, then see if you still have a draw between the negative battery cable and the post.
If it's not the alternator, try disconnecting the regulator. It too is connected to unfused 12 volts. Unless your wiring has been modified, the turn signal issue is not related.
