I have a 2001 that cranks and cranks. I dont think that there is any fuel being injected. I opened the fuel bowl and it was full. I do hear the fuel pump running on the rail. I cranked it while the lid to the fuel bowl was open and it was filling with fuel so fuel is getting there. Batteries are a little low now that we have been messing with getting it started but they were great when it stopped starting. Need to get some help on where to check next. I appreciate it.
Try this. Possible bad fuel bowl heater. Disconnect your fuel bowl heater and replace the under hood fuse (i think #30) and try to start it. I cannot remember which year(s) have this issue.
I agree with Tim and David. I'll add keep an eye on your battery voltage during all this cranking. If it get's below 10 volts-ish she won't start cause the injectors won't fire. Hope you get it going my friend.
Thanks guys i will give all that a try. Its my buddies truck and he says it was running fine and then just wouldnt start. Kinda weird. Truck ran great before this happened. I will let you know what we find. Thanks again
