Been looking into rust converting paints recently, and I'm wondering what would be the best product to use when painting over rust. I've heard that POR15 would be the best, but a gallon is $140 How do some of the other brands do such as corroseal, rustoleum, or ospho? (I've read contradicting reviews about all of them) Which would be best for spraying out of an HVLP gun? I read that POR15 can only be thinned 5%.. is that enough?
Secondly, what do you guys do to coat areas that you can't reach with a brush or spray gun? Like inside the a pillar or in between the inner and outer wall of the cab where there is just a small hole?
