Did you check the HPOP output fitting? Do you still have the STC fitting?

This is what I was going to suggest but you beat me to it. Too late now, but I think this should have been done before you tore into it. Sucks to have to turn right around and take her apart. But you'll be expert when it is all done.

YES SIR^^^

Kinda like my 1 car I can change an alternator in 10 minutes LOL

IIRC Wulfman had a HPO leak coming out hte Top Oring on the Injectors but due to his milage he Opted to put a few new sticks in instaed of changing the top Orings

The Foed Dealer dont sell the inject oring kits that have the Very Top Inject oring

But you can get Inject orings with the top oring From Aliant Power dealer

ALIANT POWER INJECTOR ORINGS PART# AP0002

Took off found STC bolts not tight,,,could swear I torqued them cause i looked up the spec on it...Oh well, lesson learned. As far as tearing apart and putting back together, getting fairly good at it.....Tried cranking batteries to low to crank much so gonna let them charge and mess with her on Wednesday when I get home. Still not sure that is all the issue though....Doesn't matter though, probably the best time i have ever had with my 14 year old son...Been trying to let him do some stuff..Figure if he is in the garage working, i don't have to wonder where he is or what he is doing....

Thanks Guys for your thoughts.

After my stand pipe, dummy plugs, oil cooler, and new hpop, it took me 6 or 7 30 sec. cranks before she fired up and ran right. She did spit and sputter on two of the first 3 cranks but it was just for a couple of seconds. Maybe try cranking on her a lil longer next try.
