Does anyone know if the autoenginuity will communicate with a 6.7? I had it with the ford enhanced bundle to read my 7.3 but im having problems finding any info about using it for the 6.7... Just want to know whether I should keep it or sell it...

I'd give odds that it won't, everything is new on the 6.7.

I upgraded my 7.3 AE to my new 6.7. Haven't had much time to play with it though.

Yes it will, but I've found it to be flakey... sensors are set up wrong, for example egt's max out at something like 472* and sensors will randomly stop updating... It needs a lot of work yet, hopefully they will get there.

Yes it does work with the 6.7. I am using version 10.2.

rtazz17 - You can upgrade from their website for $50 which gets you a 12 month subscription.

Yes with ProLine hardware (updated to the correct firmware) and version 10.2 software.

Works great!

So now AE has an annual subscription?? I've been on the fence about buying this but if I have to keep paying every year to keep using it, they just lost a customer.

You misunderstand, the subscription is for software updates... new model years, new vehicles, expanded coverage, etc.

Screwy is correct; 12 months after you purchase you are ineligible to receive software updates. You can still download the versions that were released during that time, but new stuff is unavailable unless you fork over another $50.

I have version 10.0 and it does what I want it to. If I still had my 6.7L truck I may consider the upgrade, but I don't think it would do much for my ancient Excursion!
