Only things metric which belong on a Dent are the tire width and the Kilometer scale on the speedometer!

We could all argue all day long about standard vs metric....

The fact is that the rest of the world has adopted the metric system. Three countries remain vigilant in using the standard system...

Burma
Liberia
and the USA

I didn't want to start a new thread about the same subject. But anyways, we just did the cab corners this weekend. My bed bolts were just rusted and hosed. Good thing I ordered new bed bolts.
Ordered from this dude. They seem great. Just a problem now. The two bolts up front / closest to the cab need to be longer. Maybe about 1in longer. These are all the same size.
Anyone know where I can get 1 bolt at least that's a bit longer? 2 would be cool, but I was at least able to get 1 nut on one of them. No lock washer though..

I think my bed bolts are from ACE hardware (carriage bolts). Or maybe LMC. Installed 15-20 years ago and successfully removed, cleaned up and re-installed once so far. Maybe next time I will need new bolts. They have done fine so far. No issues. The quantity and size of bed bolts on dents is probably overkill and that is fine by me. No worries.

I just installed two new ones on my bed over the weekend that I got from LMC awhile back. They went in the front two holes. Fit fine and came with the crimp nuts. Used anti-seize on all of them in case I ever have to pull the bed off again.
