- Spark PlugsThey dont pop out, they break in half when removed. This can be a pain, but can usually be prevented by doing regular spark plug changes.
- InjectorsThere was a fuel injector "recall." I put that in quotes because they werent really recalled, they just extended the warranty on them to (I believe) 150k miles. Only fuel injectors from a specific manufacturing plant, between specific dates are effected. Small problem, in small numbers, and you are well with in the mileage warranty.
- Death WobbleNo death wobble on the 2005-2007 body style that I am aware of.
The spark plug thing was mostly an issue with earlier models of the Triton engines (5.4 V8 and 6.8 V10). There were instances where the spark plugs were ejected completely out. I'm not aware of it being quite as big an issue (if even existent) in the '05+ models with the three valve heads. I had a 1999 F-150 with the 5.4 but never had any problems with plugs being ejected.
On the death wobble, it was a problem with some of the trucks beginning in 2005 when Ford changed over to the coil spring front suspension. There have been numerous threads about it here and on other forums. There are several proposed cures for it which are also covered in numerous threads. I had an '05 F-250 and never had an issue with it. I also have not had any issues with it on my 2011.
There are even some of the guys with '11 and '12 models that have had issues with "death wobble".
When you get a chance, search the forums for the plug ejection issue and "death wobble". You'll find plenty of reading.

ON EDIT: You can also search YouTube for "Super Duty Death Wobble" and find some good videos of it.
