I do a lot of city driving and I hear that with the regen
Cycle not being able to completely finish it can mess up your dpf and some other stuff, is that something I should be worried about?

Very...
Regens alone have been linked to Fuel Dilution in your oil. Regens not completing their cycle will lead to more frequent regens, leading to a higher dilution percentage.

No. The DPF will take care of itself and will not go beyond a certain level of restriction. If it doesn't completely regen, the next regen will start sooner, but as long as you're not making a lot of short trips, say less than a couple miles, it should take care of itself!
Some trucks do have major engine oil dilution with diesel fuel. Mine always shows zero fuel dilution in the oil sample and I'm not particular if it finishes its regen every time before I shut it down.
