Head Casting Question

So I have some C8AE heads, and some D2TEAA heads. Is there any difference in valve size? I know the D2TEAA were a later casting (or so I was told) but is that the only difference? Thanks guys.

But the valves should be the same size and the CC the same on those?

D2's have hardened seats, C8's don't.
