Mirror vibration
My 00 has towing mirrors on it I believe since there pretty long. But the passenger side mirror vibrates like its loose. Its in and out on the entire housing, just not the mirror. Basically you have the base that connects to the door, then the first hinge so you can fold you mirror in if you need to, its that hinge. Is there anyway to tighten it? I took it off and cant find a way to do it. Thanks.

on my truck I bought new, to me, non powered tow mirrors off a guy on Craigslist. They are the ones that fold both ways. I only payed 80 for them,and sold my old non tow mirrors to a guy on here for 25 or 30... But I digress, the passenger mirror vibrates some time at the base, the mirror has play back and forth...
I have taken them off and looked at it and decided it was not worth trying and possibly destroying a almost new mirror.
The 03 i drove last week had the same thing, but on that truck it was the whole door shaking causing the mirror to shake.
