Thanks for that link a lot of good info there. I have one question though. When I go wide open on my truck shouldn the wastegate open? Because it never moves its at 98% all the time. Bad actuator?
I'll give edge a call on this tuner tomorrow and see what happens with it. The tuner froze up today also while the truck was running. I found one little issue. When I turn my truck to the run position but not cranking. I hear a hissing from my fuel bowl it actually sounds like the return line? There is 2 Allen head bolts holding it to the fuel bowl. Any idea what that is? Common issue?
Put the WGC% on and in park I'm reading 98.8% on WGC. Sounds like the solenoid to me? But it's constantly at 98.8 even driving. Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks.

No, not a bad actuator. Actually, it's quite normal because the best way to keep the wastegate actuator from functioning is to "tune" the wastegate solenoid to stay closed all the time. It's akin to just disconnecting the red tube to the actuator. It's in the programming, and it's done on purpose. Don't throw your money away by replacing parts that others are guessing could be the cause. You have something else going on. You can't hear the wastegate, nor should you ever "feel" it open.

Explained above.

For as much as you kiss the ground that company "walks on", they should send you a new truck (or at least start paying you).

Man.......
Really?
I can just about guarantee that if you check the datastream on the AutoEnginuity that you love so much, it will say the same thing while running most of the higher-horsepower tuning you have on your beloved DP-Tuner programming.

It's not an issue. It's normal.
That's the sound of fuel going through the fuel pressure regulator. Yes, contrary to what internet forums will have you believe, there is ALREADY a fuel pressure regulator in this system (so you already have a "regulated return", albeit upstream of the injectors, not downstream).
Ok well I ordered the fittings and fuel pressure guage also a nice boost leak detector. Waiting for it to show up then ill let you know what I find out.
So I'm still waiting for my fuel pressure adapters and guage to show up. I can't help but inspect this truck every chance I get. Behind the down pipe on the up pipe I notice a soot streak! I'm trying to get a good pic of it before I even order the bellowed pipe I want to verify this is the problem. But would that leak cause a power loss? It is part of the turbo system right? So I would think so
I stuck my camera back there and for sure the passenger side up pipe is leaking. Probably my power loss issue?
Serious up pipe leaks will result in loss of power and high EGTs. But small leaks are common and have little effect. I have small leaks but still hit 25ish WOT in 120R. What max boost numbers do you get and under what conditions?
I haven't floored the truck in a whole to be honest. But when I had it in race mod playing around I remember seeing 23 on the boost everytime I floored it. But maybe I got a leak since then. I had rough shifting in race mode though and since I put it back to stock I can't even feel it shift it's very nice now. But I can tell you for sure cruising at 55 I might see 3 for boost and that's if I hit a hill other than that it maybe 1 if that. I'm going to take it to te dealership tomorrow and have them run the fancy diagnose thing on it and see what they find out. Since I plugged the ebpv back in I notice the exhaust gets that warm up sound to it even when it's warm so that could be an issue. Also around 38-45 mph sometimes the truck will bounce I've always thought it was an off balance wheel?
