2002 7.3 ltr Help

2002 7.3 ltr Help
Mother-in-law owns a 2002 F450 7.3 ltr. Configured as a Service Truck standard transmission. Turns over but won't start. I'm not very familiar with the 7.3. Any one have any ideas? Could it be the Crank positioning sensor or the PCM. Does the 7.3 employ the HPOP?

Yep I stuck it here earlier and thats probably were a Mod put it. COuldn't find it so reposted it. Pocket on the SuperDuty forum gave me good info so I'm on my way.
It's tough to troubleshoot from Florida when the trucks in Arkansas.
I just looked and I don't have a 7.3 forum under this one. Where can I go to activate that one?
