Have you unplugged the high pressure switch and check the terminals? I have seen the terminals on the switch itself get loose. Remove the plug and see if they wiggle. Replacing the switch cured the problem on my friend's company trucks. One was a '97 F350 and the other a 2000 F350. I also used a pick to bend the connections in the harness plug to get a tighter fit. They both have been working fine since the repairs.

A/C Clutch harness would probably get you want you want.
I replaced my 01 shortly after the warranty expired.
Been fine ever since.
The larger suction line should be cold and sweating.
The other one will be warm to Hot.

Mueckster thanks for the help I bent the terminal a little bit and it works awsome now plug is nice and snug blows cold air. My wife thanks you driving has been miserable last. Purple weeks windows down dripping sweat. Thanks again guys.
