I will go down tomorrow and try and get one probably cost me 50 bucks from the dealership.

Have you unplugged the high pressure switch and check the terminals? I have seen the terminals on the switch itself get loose. Remove the plug and see if they wiggle. Replacing the switch cured the problem on my friend's company trucks. One was a '97 F350 and the other a 2000 F350. I also used a pick to bend the connections in the harness plug to get a tighter fit. They both have been working fine since the repairs.

I will try bending them a bit to see if that will work before I go buy one.

Mueckster thanks for the help I bent the terminal a little bit and it works awsome now plug is nice and snug blows cold air. My wife thanks you driving has been miserable last. Purple weeks windows down dripping sweat. Thanks again guys.
