OK to replace just 1 brake rotor?

You can replace just one. But if replacing pads, always do them in sets. If one rotor is worn out, figure out why and fix it before throwing another one on. They should wear out approximately at the same rate, so if one is in need of replacement, and the other is not, then something is probably wrong.
