adjustable rocker question?

hey all, I am having a 390 rebuilt for my 66 f100, it's being built with some mild mods crane cam a little more than .500 lift, double roller timing chain, hyd lifters, forged pistons 9.5 to 1, 30 over block, 10 10 crank, oil mods done, arp bolts in the lower motor... etc, heads will have new seats, ss valves new springs to match the cam, the heads are cast iron topped off with a edelbrock 2105 intake and edelbrock 600cfm carb. my question is, should i switch to adjustable rocker set (stock), or, swap to roller style set up like these

or, stick with a stock non adjustable set up.

also, i am still trying to pick a distributor.
