need suggestions for interior mods

hey everyone i want to do some more interior mods on my 150. i put in a touch screen pioneer headunit, with sound system and changed out the dash lights to led blue, same as the dome light. um thinking of changing the carpet to blue (oldone is shot) and maybe blue headliner too. my truck is black with grey interor. any more suggestions? im also thinking of changin out back seats and makin a ne center console

I know this is probably going to lead to posts talking about the legality of it, but if you do alot of highway driving, or just like to know whats going on, I'd add a pro grade "police" scanner.

so i have the scanner and a radar detectors, touch screen head unit, subs, amps..the works for a kick *** sound system, a cb radio, all dash lighs changed to led blue. im thinking about re doing my carpeting in black and a blue headliner(maybe with a custom ford logo sewed in) with my boring grey dash. any other ideas?

There is a website where you can change out your seat to accomadate a scott SCBA the only downside is it costs something like $3,500.

Although it's not interior, i'm assuming you already have blue lights (red if your state is smart) and a PA/siren.....

would love to see some pics posted here...

Do you have pictures of the LED changeover? If it seems like something that would be cheap/simple to do I might look into it..

You could always attempt to wire an aftermarket seat heater into it.. not sure about the logistics of this though. I use an aftermarket one that sits under my seat covers, so I have no idea if it's possible/safe(?) to put it inside the seat

longdistancetrucker, i dont have first responder lights :-( in wildland firefighting i drive the brush truck haha my gear is anways in the tool box ready to go. and i too would like pics up on this thread isf anyone has cool ideas or has done any mods.

degu2000 for the led bulb change i went on superbrightleds.com and got all the bulbs there, i should of gotten 360 degree bulbs (WLED-xHP5), i have 2 hot spots where the smaller bulbs are. i forgot the sizes but pull the insterment pannel out and size them up.

You gotta host the pictures somewhere.. i use imageshack, but others use flickr, tinypic, photobucket etc..

That thread looks interesting.. I might attempt to tackle this project sometime when I have a little more time on my hands.

I have seen the harley davidson edition interior swap done, that looks sweet! Check out putting some leds in the foot wells like the newer fusions and escapes.

the harley swap sounds cool, where can i get the stuff to make that happen? but i also dont wanna look too much like a ghetto blaster rollin around with an assload of lights inside the cab haha

i just found a 2011 raptor center console! that be BADASS in my truck!
