At 70k miles, I had the intercooler replaced due to the typical "skip and shutter" with grey smoke while mostly towing in the rain. Intercooler had a hole because the coolers behind it had oil stains on them. At 75k miles, I'm towing 15k through South Carolina. When the truck goes to downshift and jump up over 2500 rpm's, the problem is back. Not raining, but humidity was high. Is this just a fluke chance that I got a bad cooler again or is this something I'm gonna just have to expect towing in humid or rainy conditions?
