Yes it is. I was hoping to get it out this weekend and put in another truck. I'm going to move core support and all since it is drilled for hoses etc. The core support in the doner (AC) truck is also in better shape. Not that the other one is in horrible shape I just hate to destroy a good one when I already have one with the extra holes. I figure it's worth the extra hour or two. As a bonus while the radiator is out I'll have it tanked.
Are there any service manuals you can point me to as a starting point?

Sorry to say I use an A/C shop. I'll move what's there to the other truck and then let them make it work. They have a sniffer to find leaks and the equipment to pull the freon back out and recapture it.
