FWIW, my truck will lock up the rears real easy with an empty bed if the rear tire PSIs are up near the 80 max that the sticker in the doorjamb suggests. If at 52 (which I usually run at if not loaded so it matches the fronts), it's considerably more difficult but a hurry stop will do it. My RABS light has been on ever since I flushed the brake system no matter what I do.

Damn, i am really missing out on brake performance. this sucks.

Yeah I can lock up all 4 on my truck on dry pavement as well. Handy as an old lady turned left RIGHT in front of me when I was hauling my (thankfully empty at the time) 16 foot trailer. Laid down some rubber and it's been there clear as day for over a year. I'm vac booster yet too - got a hydroboost that will be going in when I put in my next engine.
