Ford Tech Help Needed '07 Expedition Multiple codes
2007 Expedition 70k miles. Friend purchased from dealer and before veh made 2 miles the wrench on dash came on, check engine light, it went into limp mode.
I cleared codes and it was good for about 2wks. multiple codes now
Veh cuts out, gauges go all over and read wrong, speedo quits, goes into limp mode. Shut veh off and it did not want to restart. Cleared codes and it started but went into limp mode, seems like all modules, computers and dash are losing power intermittently.
I am curious if someone has ran into this issue. Seems to me its a loose or partially broken wire or possible computer itself. In all my years of messin' with fords I have changed ZERO Computers.

I think its all pretty much related because of a power loss of sorts...
Just so it is clear I can look up codes but wondering if others have seen same issue with so many multiple codes that seem related to power failure.

Anyone with ideas? A month later and still not fixed . . .
So far all connectors have been taken apart and pins inspected, all grounds inspected & cleaned, inspected wiring harness but of course did not remove.
The IC
ABS
Trans
and all other modules lose power at approx the same time.
1st thing noticed is the power to test port so any diagnostic device loses power then the speedo starts bouncing the wrench light comes on, abs light, check engine, trans will no longer shift and the engine goes into limp mode, the A/C system shuts down.
It only does it when things are warm/hot never cold. Runs absolutely perfect until this happens. Even the fuel mileage is incredible... until things go south.
Yes, The PCM has been replaced. Unable to do a computer module software upgrade because with this model it cannot be done until it has completed a full drive cycle. It has never completed a full drive cycle. 6 of the 7 parameters only. Mostly because it takes that much longer here when the ambient temp into engine is over 100.4 deg f

I know this is an old thread but I too have a 2007 Ford Expedition, mine is an Eddie Bauer, 2WD 5.4L with 11000 miles on it and I am experiencing almost the exact same problems. I have mine in at a Ford dealer for 9 days now and they can't seem to find the problems. Mine is throwing codes U0001, U0100, U0121, U0155 and they've replaced the ABS module and ran up an $1100 bill and nothing.
