Installing a new headliner?

I have one of the abs plastic headliner which came from mid-fiftys and was wondering if anyone can give me any hints or suggestion on how best to install this. It has been painted and is ready to install but I am sure some one here has done it before and any help would be great. I am particularlly concerned about the velcro fastners which are to be installed between the plastic and the roof and the rearwall. It seem that these will grab hold and keep it from being adjusted. Is that a real problem? Thanks in advance

Mid-Fifties has the directions for installation on their site:

Mid Fifty F-100 Parts - Instructions - INST-2145,_2146,_2148_HEADLINER_&_REAR_WALL_PG_1_OF_2.p df

You pretty much have to put it in this way; trust me on that. The "Velcro" isn't typical Velcro and poses no major problem as far as removing it. Now guessing where to put the velcro so that it makes contact is a different story. Mine required no trimming and actually fit pretty well.
