Truck Pulling right.

All right guy's and gal's got a question. My truck has been pulling to the right for awhile now. Took it in and got it aligned and balanced and rotated the tires. Still pulling to the right. I just replaced all my tie rod ends two years ago, so I know they are all good. The tires did start to where on the insides fronts hince the balance and rotation.

I am going to take it back to make sure the alignment is still on. Can worn tires on the back still make your truck pull to the right until the wear evens out?

I am at a loss here. Thanks for your help folks.

Have you ruled out dragging brakes on that side? Rotating the tires, one at a time, would rule out tires.

Hey Jody! good to hear from you. you said the tires are wearing on the insides? Is this both front tires? If so it sounds like its toed out causing the tires to scrub. Pulling can also be caused by a dragging brake or the rear axle shifted. Make sure they do a trust alignment to check for rear axle shift.
Hope all is well with you and yours

Hello Jody.

If the flexible brake line that attaches to the caliper bulges under pressre it will affect the clamping power of that caliper when brakes are first applied. A long shot but easy to check.

Also, if pulling to the right it can be a left side brake that is not supplying enough braking power.

Also, yes if ur rear tires haven't balanced themselves out you will continue to have the problem until then you have something else going on thats causing it.

So since my tires were worn slightly on the insides up front even though I rotated them to the back it may still pull until the rears equal out?

I miss read your post, I missed they were worn on the insides. If your front tires are even and its still pulling to the right you might have two different problems. The camber is off for it to wear on the inside of the tire and something else for it to pull right. I guessing you have some worn out parts up front but which ones IDK.

When my truck was wearing the insides of the tires the shop wouldn't align my truck until I got the tires fixed (I just rotated them the backs were wore even). They said if they aligned my truck with the worn tires the alignment would be off.

Did they tell you what they adjusted in the alignment?
