I have a 04 F150 and installed BFG Mud Terrians. My stocks are the typical street LT tires. I installed a Daystar leveling kit in the front.
The truck began to pull to the right immediately after installing the BFGs and did not notice any before. I have had the truck aligned 2 times by different shops to no avail.
I have put the stock tires on the truck and experience a little pull, but nothing like the BFGs.
My question is: Can tires as aggressive as these cause an aligned truck to just start pulling as Ford is saying?
If your truck pulled to the right with the stock tires, new tires might make it worse. If the alignment is OK, you can rule out a faulty by swapping the two front tires side to side. If the tire is the problem, the pull will be to the left after the swap.
Does the pull to the right happen during normal driving or just when braking? If so, I would look closely at the front brakes.
