Need to REPLACE broken

Coil spring on a 2004 F150 FX4 4X4. What are the best options for replacement. Right side is broken but will do both sides. Would like to look at doing a leveling kit while I', there. Any suggestions as to what and where to get parts need for this? Thanks

I just did the Monroe quick struts a month ago because my coil snapped also. I also have a hbs 2 1/2" level kit. If I didn't already have the level kit I would have used the rancho's that bigunit suggested
