I realize you're trying to help, but I suggest you delete the info in post #3 .. because it's the wrong part number. Then I'll edit this post, take out all references to E4TZ-9C888-A
The factory installed speed control switch was E0TZ-9C888-A .. but Ford obsoleted it (no one has any). Then the switch was only furnished with the horn pad (13A805).
This is what, I assume, the OP is asking for.
1986 F150/350 & Bronco: There are three different horn pads (include the speed control switch), due to the various finishes of each.
EOTZ-13A805-A .. Horn Pad-Rosewood grain finish / Obsolete / Same: 1980/86 F100/350 & Bronco
E2TZ-13A805-B .. Horn Pad-Black trim / Marked: E2TA-13K802-BWA / Obsolete / Same: 1982/86 F100/350 & Bronco.
E5TZ-13A805-E (replaced E8UZ-13A805-B & C) .. Horn Pad-Black with wood grain trim / Obsolete / Same: 1985/89 F100/350 & Bronco & 1988/91 Econoline.
No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
