Only odd thing about their plain, non-wood grain, non-cruise horn pad is it is the Econoline van style with trumpet icons on the ends of the horn bar and a smooth "Ford" emblem in the center instead of the relief carved one. I'm guessing this was a later replacement style since the vans used that wheel later than 1986?
I mostly grab nice cruise control horn pads at the junkyard since the buttons break and that is generally what people are looking for. I think I may have a plain black one or two laying around, next time I am at my storage I will check and see if I have anything that would help you out. I could also grab one next time I'm at the junkyard. It would sure be a lot cheaper...
