Stock, it'll read basics like voltage, coolant temp, open or closed loop, map, RPMs, MPH, intake temp, ignition timing advance, and it has an MPG program.
I have mine programmed for FICM voltage, trans temp, oil temp, exhaust back pressure, baro, boost, trans temp, ICP, IPR%, a whole laundry list of 6.0L specific stuff. It's not hard, maybe 2 minutes to code in each gauge.
