19.5" wheels for 8-lug x 6.5" bolt pattern?

It is my personal theory that I've been suggesting on here for a while now.
Got to be careful because some vans had a d60 in them and not the 10.5"
The 4x4 vans I would assume use the same bolt pattern as the rear, so that would make it the old bolt pattern.
I've seen a number of 4x4 vans, but never had a tape measure to verify.
I wonder if any parts stores would have a 4x4 van front hub in stock to measure.
For the rear you may be able to use an OBS 10.25" hub and a van rear rotor.

1) welding and redrilling the rims, or
2) using adapters.
I spoke with Fred at WheelAdapters.com, he indicated that adapters could not be safely used because the hole in 8-6.5 Ford rims is smaller than in the metric rims, and so would have to be machined.
